Take a seat and feel at ease from the very first moment. That is our motto.
Our competent and friendly waiting staff will be happy to help you choose from the selection of food and drink. Our kitchen enjoys an excellent reputation, not least because of our long-standing chef and his team. They offer traditional regional and seasonal cuisine, but also more unusual new dishes and fresh produce of course. Bamberg beer specialities, such as our own “Wilde Rose” beer, and good quality wines from the Franconian wine-growing region supplement our culinary offerings.

Whether it is classic asparagus dishes in the spring, different steak and salad variations in the summer, well-seasoned game in the autumn or well-balanced fish dishes after Christmas, there is something for you to enjoy whatever the season!
Our Aischgrund carp – always fresh from the Jakob fish farm in Mühlhausen – is another tasty recommendation!
